A last minute decision to head down to Balcony for some wine and oysters..

I've been upstairs cos my friend spins there, but not at the restaurant area below before..

I knew they had swings but not rocking chairs as seats! Fun!!

Got slightly high on wine.. ha, on a monday!!!




Went to run errands yesterday and took the MRT...

Saw this huge ass poster and thought if my friend/ex colleague in advertising was in it.. and he is!!! Cool...

I sent him an sms to tell him i saw him and he was like, 'so big, so paiseh'.. haha




I got a hp chain with my name engraved on it!

The auntie was telling me that bout some months back, the glass dropped and hit someone on the back!!

HOW dangerous, so i went to inspect the glasses, and some of them are not like screwed in properly can!!

so folks, i implore you to be careful when you're walking on b2 of Plaza Singapura pls!





Got my hp G masked!!! Now it's even lovelier!!! Whoo hoo...

Went to watch the movie, Snakes on Board, while waiting for it to be done..




My friend's new dopod PDA 3G phone.. Damn cool..

Had it G masked too!




Went to AMK Ave 3 to eat the famous crabs! Ordered two, a chili one and a butter one..

It's more orderly now, with the queue system and all, pple used to fight over seats last time..



Got ticks to watch Forbidden City with a gf!! Yay, can't wait!

I wanted to catch it the last time but couldn't.. If Snow Wolf Lake comes again, i'd wana watch it too!

I love musicals, plays etc.. :)

Music, Drinks, Party!

I'm so tired.. stayed up late the last few nights!

Oh, I watched this show, Making the Band 3 on MTV and realised I've seen some of them performing on New york streets last year!

I was walking along times square and like after every 10 steps there was this group of gals singing "lady Marmelade"

I remember thinking like, wtf, sing for money but sing the same song??

Then after watching it on MTV i know tat it was a competition to see which group had like more supporters or sth like that..

Anyway, singapore broadcast the show like damn late?! I saw the whole season of Making the Band 3 when i was in L.A last dec!

N i digress... K now, my weekend..

Went to shanghai for abit.. Didn't do much.. No massage or shopping..

Wanted to check out a Mall that was supposedly 8-10 mins walk away,

But a colleague and I walked for awhile and couldn't find it so we turned back n bought some food...

Here were some sights we saw along the way..




Came back and rushed to get ready to head down to Liquid for its last opened Friday (till the new place is done)

The music rocked but the unfortunate things was i didn't get to meet my girlies..

I was done pretty early but was waiting for a fren to get off work to pick me up..

I thought i'd save myself some money but ended up waiting for quite a bit, I just thought, ok another 5, another 5.. ha

Sorry sweets! I promise i'll jus head down myself the next time!! :)




Went down to zouk for Cosmic gate, wa the music was even better!!!

Met this guy (left) who's a friend's fren whom i supposedly met before.. hmm. well, it's always nice getting reaquainted!

Also saw my ex colleague from advertising..

N finally my sweet stylist friend is back from KL.. he's been so busy dressing celebs..

He was in style mag recently as the top 10 stylish pple in sg!





Went to meet some friends in Members...

I actually met quite a few other friends in Members.. like pple i haven't seeen for eons..

Upon seeing them, i really felt like old and that time flies really fast n the days just passes you by..

When i was out in town runnin errands, i saw this...

Paris Hilton's First ALbum is out in singapore stores now!!!

I saw shots of the movie video, she really looks quite hot and sounds not bad!!

I'm contemplating getting a disc and check it out.. but think i rather get a dvd of it or sth.. if there's one..




I saw Stefanie Sun walking along orchard as well..

Think pple noticed, but i'm proud tt some of us understand what's privacy and didn't mob her or what..

Or maybe us singaporeans are jus a cultured group.. wa ha.

Talking of singers, I read this month's Her World and saw my friend, Keira Kong in it!

We attended the same class in uni before, and she stayed in the hostel next to mine, which was same as my brother's..

She sang in this yr's national day parade and is like based in Taiwan now and doing not bad.. heard fr frens she lost weight thou..




Here I am, all ready for my friend's house party.. It was a bday cum house warming party.. The theme was white!

Of course i had to bring my Spring/Summer collection Coach bag out, its virgin trip with me since I got it..

Asked my gf to accompany me last week, and she got her new beau to come along too!

Waited for them to pick me up.. he drives a spacious 2 door ford focus...




THe oh so eligible owner (k, the son of the owner) of the very pretty house!!

We've known each other since we were 17!




We were clowning ard the house and conducting our own tour...

My friend actually brings like groups ard, but we thought we rather head ard ourselves.. heh

I met a few friends that i hadn't seen since uni days so was quite happy!

N i met this guy friend of mine whom i knew when we were 10!

We used to act in stage plays when we were young and our parents got to know each other from there..

I keep hearing things about him, cos he's like so DAMN smart, like gifted program, scholar etc..







The house...

No wonder he chose white! I opened his closet and saw nothing but an array of white shirts!

Those are his water polo and swimming medals..

N his room is like two rooms combined in one, which consists of a study room, toilet and his bed..

N also this super chill out balcony that over looks his lap pool and jaccuzzi!

There's also a gym room and games room on the upper levels of the house, as well as a karaoke room and a pool table room in the basement..






Some friends i saw there.. Someone commented that it looked like a PAP gathering.. ha

Wanted to leave but my friend persuaded me to stay for his cake cutting..

We drove to double O but the queue was ridiculous so we left and went to Taboo..

My gf's bro's workin there so we got in free.. heh




The place was PACKED!! but it was quite nice..

Music was quite good too, kinda reminded me of Happy.. I think the music in gay pubs seriously rock man..

I went to steal this artificial flower from a vase and took pics with it..

We were yabbering so much and playing finger games.. damn funny.

But i think i drank too much, coupled with not enough rest, i suddenly had this bad tummy ache..

My gf said it was weird cos suddenly i gone so quiet but i was really uncomfortable..

Then she offered to like leave early and send me back.. so sweet right?! :)




When we were leaving through the entrance, i saw two of my friends...

I took a quick pic but you can see my super CMI face already... ha. I really wanted my toilet then can..

My slut friend left that sunday.. I'm sad!! I didn't get to see him the last week he was still in sg!

I'll totally miss him, but i'm glad he's moving forward to better things in life..

I wish him the best in future endeavours in the states!

Looking way beat on the train in Kansai.. Was walking ard finding my things n not ez to navigate since i dun read jap..

Bag's freaking heavy from all my buys! I didn't buy that much, but they cost quite a bit..

Thank goodness I only like to shop in Japan and States, if not i'd be declaring bankruptcy by now

But life is short! Spend more! haha. Nah actually i think i handle my money quite well..

The only thing i feel i've totally wasted money on is my camera! cos i just bought one last yr and it broke, not my fault somemore!

Cameras usually last me 3 yrs at least man.. Plus now have got more credit cards.. sigh.

But I'd NEVER be stuck in the rut doin a job i DUN LIKE FOR the MONEY, esp in the long run..

Cos u'd never be happy spending it anywayz n it won't last. :)

I flew with this super pretty jap gal! She married a Singaporean.. i worked with him once..

N everyone on this trip was saying i look korean..

I get that quite a bit, initially i was pretty happy.. but now i'm like wonderin if it's a good thing.. ha

The weather's so darn hot but i've cut down on cabs and taking the bus more now..

Cos i wana help the taxi drivers and myself! They ain't getting as much biz as b4 and i want cheaper fares!




My super cute nephews came to play today!!! YAY!! I like having them over, so adorable!!!

My younger nephew just starting walking on his own! Like a few days back.. so he was just walking here and there!

He's SO FUN to watch! hahaha.. N he's such a cheerful, happy boy, keeps smiling and laughing..







Wanted to go to the I'm Gorgeous Party at MOS and then Velvet's Anni tonight, but got a tummy ache..

Recently Love nuahing at home anywayz.. Cable is 'shen'..

Ron Ng's staring in a hongkong drama at 9pm everyday, it's called Revolving Doors of Vengence.. I may jus go rent the dvd! As well as Numbers season two..

Rain's "A Time to Kill" is also on cable, but i've watched the whole series already! waha. Now I'm gona start on season 5 of 24 and continue my Las Vegas!



Rested in today and finishing reading the final few mags from 2005! Finally!

N i discovered that the local Women's Weekly and Bazaar are great to flip through..

My room has heaps more space now..

Talking bt space, I find the width of the blogsite rather narrow but i can't seem to figure out how to widen it ..

Batam Spa & Liquid Room

Here are mags i dug out while clearing my room.. They're since Jan 2005 till now!

I went to Waterfront Batam for spa with some friends...

Leisure get aways.. stuff as such is great, and cheap!





Harris Resort.. Nice huh...

Indonesian makes their own polo brand and it's legitimate!




We took the hotel bus and went to Nagoya, the town area..

Checked out two of its shopping malls, Centerpoint and Lucky Plaza...

GOSH! WHY do they sound SO FAMILIAR?? Ha

I paid to get a foot reflex for only S$4! I knew the hotel charges S$13..

Too bad i didn't know they don't provide pedi/mani there!

If not, i'd just do it all at the shopping complex...





We went Parasailing the next day.. My first time!

Always wanted to try but the last time i went Bintan the boat was spoilt..

It's not that cheap though, like S$25 for 15 mins! The jet ski cost is even worse. $60 for an hr!

Plus the water's not really clean, I don't recommend to try...

The boat driver wanted to let my feet touch the water, like pseudo wakeboarding and i started screaming!

The sports centre had these two fierce monkeys who hated females apparently! siao.

They even had a mini karaoke area..



Then some of us went Go Karting..

My friend like over took me twice, and I didn't wana let the third time,

So i sped up and crashed into the tyres!

Then I was supposed to press the brakes but i kinda stepped on the accelerator... So lagi busted :P

I was bit shocked and started laughing, got this little bruise on me hand though..




Harris Resort had some event thing so we couldn't use the pool for certain hours. ARGH!

they sld have told us the day BEFORE, NOT The day itself!

ANyhoo, we bowled 2 games and I had TWO STRIKES in a row! N played some table tennis..

Had Korean/Jap food b4 our spa... There's our 5 glasses of korean sake!




Ooh heavenly...

Except that the music is not really that relaxing and the band from the stupid event were NOT helping things..

The billing and confirmation of our ferry ticks was super CMI. They charged us more $ for stuff we didn't use,

N didn't get our ferry ticks to us at the time they promised!

AT LEAST they kinda rushed to settle it, I wanted to speak to the Manager but he hadn't came in yet..

Luckily the massage the previous night still left me with gd memories of the place la..




Came back late morning and had heaps of errands to run!

One included going to Botak and getting some stuff..

It's all the way in Serangoon, and there's this durian shop!!

Ooh I couldn't resist! It's supposed to be better than D24 and it is! Gobbled it down..

Think it's called 'MAO LAO SAN' or sth like that..





Friend spun at Liquid.. So thou I was quite tired, still popped down for abit with some colleagues..

He's not too bad but I didn't stay for long, went down to Zouk after..

I saw so many frens again, think more pple r like back for gd in sg.. :)

I couldn't whipped out my camera comfortably cos I got this hard cover casing, which made it troublesome to keep and take out..

Guess i'd just use it specifically for travel and use the soft case for casual outings..




Just as we were about to leave,

this PIG ATTEMPTED TO TOUCH MY BUTT!!!!

He was standing on my left and then suddenly moved over and placed his stupid hand like ard my waist with this fingers on my upper butt area!!!!!!!!!

I pushed him away and did that 'cross sign' with my two index fingers (implying he's evil)

Then he tried to say sth, maybe even sorry? but i just put my hand up to his face. Like shut up.

I tried to find out what this guy's name was, but couldn't, but his gf's name is WENDY.

I wanted to tell her what happened, but she prob wld stand on her bf's side type so sua. N none of my frens saw it! Win lor.
