Lost my camera!!!!

I, the Black Widow for Halloween, got high last night. Still am. Yea, i had fun.

But woke up to take a picture of my face.

why? Cos my friend drove me home and he took misjudged and took a sharp turn and i flung from one side to the other.

yes, my face is currently disfigured. Just above my left eye there's this cut and it's swollened.

I puked last night, never mind.

I got hurt last night, never mind.

But I realised I lost my camera!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would say last night was probably the BEST PIC NIGHT EVER CAN?!?!?!?!?

I've NEVER taken so many pics in zouk members b4 lor.. halloween somemore!

I went to Bar None, a suite in Intercon hotel, then to Zouk..

So many pple, so many friends and smiles.. ALL GONE!!!!!

Last minute plan to head out to Velvet on Saturday...

Was supposed to go KTV but tt got cancelled..

Was supposed to head to Genting on Sunday, but i decided not to go cos it was a long weekend so surely crowded...

Argued with my folks so I thought I'd head out to unwind..




Met with my indon gfs first... N met/bumped into other friends there..



This guy, he says he's a dancer/singer from Hongkong, from Alex To's days...

He said if i go sing K, i'll see him on MTVs...

ER, like NO lor, like don't recognise at all lor!!!

Anyway, he said if i were to go to hongkong, he could bring me to check out those high class pubs where the celebrities hang..

N even showed me sms msgs where the clubs sent invites to him...

Well, he gave me his number, so see how la!



After that we went to Babyface..

I don't know why also la.. but i didn't stay there for long cos i was pretty beat anywayz..







Went to Acid Bar last night for a friend's bday celebration...

Met my girlies whom I haven't seen for quite some time, so yay!

Popped down to a friend's gathering for abit then to Zouk for Sasha after!!!!

It was so crowded!! Met many peeps, nice seeing them all after some time but my cam died!! :( :( :(

So i managed a couple in Members...

I was basically just rotting on the sofa there.. Sasha disappoints again...

It's been awhile since i really drank so I got a tad high.. but all in gd fun.. :)

N of course I don't intend for it to be.

If only my eyes could be a camera, taking minutes and seconds of my life,

My brain its film, or an organized processor...

But i guess, it could be, for only I will know what I do, how i see things and why i feel..

N bring all these moments and memories to my deathbed.

If only someone out there could understand and share what I go through, how I feel and think... of all I am..

N we could talk forever bout everything or anything.. Or maybe not at all yet just look and know what it is...

Just like the saying that goes " Even silences could be comfortable..."

After a night of clubbing, i can get overwhelmed with a sense of melancholism,

Or question the possible facades I see in that one fleeting superficial night,

I went town on Monday to shop bit for clothes and makeup and alter a supre pants i got at 50%,

It's in Lucky plaza, the tailor does a good n cheap job but he can't find the last pair of jeans i brought for him to alter! grrr.

Popped by the national library to borrow some books to read.. for real!

Watched World trade Centre.. it's a heartwarming story but not much plot i feel..

I wana watch the hollywood's version of infernal affairs though.. Think it's called 'Departed'...




Went to check out Vivo City on tuesday with my mum and nephews...

WORLD'S CUTEST TODDLER CAN?!?!?!?!? I really haven't seen a cuter one leh..

I think Vivo reminds me heaps of Jersey Gardens in NYC..

The concept, the space, feels so familiar... Tts good thou, there's so much space to move about!

Apparently it was PSLE marking day, I heard schools have like, 4 days off can!

So it was pretty crowded despite it being a weekday..



There's like this tram that goes from Vivo to Sentosa, cool!

I took a pic but it's so damn hazy you can't see a shit...

It didn't seem clean at all, but i guess they must be real hot..




At Toys R us in Vivo, wherre the boys had so much fun! they really didn't wana leave.. haha

But the younger one loved it! YES! I'm biased! he's my fave!!!

I went to get my eyebrows trimmed at Hollywood Secrets the next day... Saw my cousin's pic at the main door..

Asked for the same gal, but this time round, i don't think she did a good job! My left eye's arch is like in the centre of my eye?

It's supposed to be 2/3 lor!!!! doesn't look even with the right eye!!!!

But i managed to fill it in with brow pencil and no one has noticed thus far,

so i guess i can live with it n not go balistic..

Walked ard town.. I think i'm really really craving for the LV antigua... N a Jean Richards watch! But ex man...

Oh yes, i went to borders, n while waiting at the info counter, two act-cool boys stood behind me..

they went on talking bt music and then they started talkin bt 'banging' gals..

I turned, they were like only, i give them MAX 18 yrs, they look damn young and super CMI la..

But they were talking in some strange accent.. so i cldn't take it n asked where was their accent from..

Cos i travel abit so i kinda know some accents, but this ain't anything i've heard..

N this guy was like, ' oh, from everywhere'... How vague? so you're well travelled issit? lived all over?

HONESTLY. I Feel that they are Singaporeans who AT MOST stayed overseas when they were young,

came back here and jus couldn't seem to fit in.

Went to my friend's office to check it out.. I've heard tt it's really cosy from another friend of mine..

N it is! It's like a mini apartment can...




Had supper with some frens at this place in the east area...

It's a hongkong joint and the food's quite yumz!

This gal, my fren's friend, is getting married soon.. to this damn rich indon dude,

and they're flying pple over to attend their wedding...

We stopped at a mall in town just b4 that and my friend bought a new tee which he wore immediately..

We went to CIBO and had italian food...

The starters was yumz and i had tuna fillet as main...

I was hoping they'd have creme brulee but no! sob.

so i settled for a tiramisu which was probably the best i've ever tasted!




We walked to Oxford Bar for some more drinks..

I stuck out my tongue a little for the pic, but it made my mouth look weird when it came out.. ha

The peepz in the photo are from Vietnam and Cambodia.. but they came to ade to live when they were really young..

Went to get a breast ultrasound and rib Xray done.. It's all good! yay.

But my arm still kinda aches.. don't know why..

Went to see the chinese TIE DA but he didn't wana massage tt area.. said i sld jus see a doc..

It was my indon gf's younger cousin's bday so I joined her and some friends at Chijmes last weekend..

Douglas Olivero sang a bday song for her and got her to go upstage to dance..



Also met some Taiwanese friends of theirs who were in town for a week for some dance performance!

Indon and Taiwanese mix are wild!

They were such great dancers! N they jus went up on the bar and table to shake their booty..

They commented that in Taipei, it's like so normal for the gals to get drunk and wild...

But like in sg, it's like WOW, everyone will stare at them etc..

I really wish we Singaporeans could let ourselves go w/o worrying about what others say..

We're so modern and all, and i believe most of us think so too, but we can't shake off this 'image' thing we seem to have to upkeep..

Actually I think the Asia city to rep L.A is Taipei,

2 of my closer friends there were busy, but they'll both be back in dec so i'll def see them then! yay.

To those who have bad sleeping patterns/ habits like i do, gd news!

I bought Melatonin from GNC, i heard it's supposed to help regulate sleep.. Hope it'd work!

My gf of more than a decade is engaged! Congrats! Her bf proposed with a 1.386 diamond carat ring can?! Wa!

But think 1.0 can liao, then save the rest of the $! Lesser $ tied up in it n diamond value don't appreciate, right? shrug.

I've got glitter stuck on my hp now! Isn't it pretty? ha...



Ran errands in town yesterday and had facial done..

Like i said, i love my facial place cos it's jus so comfy..

I actually had a shoulder ache earlier and wanted to go and see the 'tie da'

but after the massage at my facial joint, it's like better already!




My mum brought me to see the condo apartment my dad bought...

While driving, she told me she kinda hopes i'd move out..

so that my grandma can move in from my uncle's place and occupy my current room...

Of course my bro will stay cos he's a pig (:P) and i think the place would be his eventually.. (bah, guys)



Anyway, it's De Royale Condo and it's quite pretty and near town!

It's got 3 bedrooms and toilets, a balcony with the pool view!

The sad thing is that the Master bedroom is smaller than my current room! Argh. CMI

I prefer the studio apartment at Grange road we had b4 they sold it off..

But condos are small, at least to me, cos i def wana stay in sth bigger.. For my Walk in Wardrobe!

but i've got not enough money of my own la..




That's the pool, it's the best part of it all! N the level i've got is not too low or high, just nice.. :)

That's the master bedroom's bath tub..

The bomb shelter which will be used as storeroom and the cooking area which is opened space and seperated by a sliding door..

Very gd idea so that the smoke from cooking won't like fliter in the apartment..




The cool thing is, my mum has decided to let ME choose how i wana furnish it!!!! :) :) :)

I've ALWAYS liked interior design and drew heaps of pics when i was in pri sch..

She called in an interior designer today and we spoke..

The guy is PER! He thought i'm some young kid is it? n like ignored my comments initially..

Then when my mum listened to my ideas and told him then he 'woke up' n realised who's the boss!! haha

Can't stand agents or service personnel like that! Think we look young and cannot afford things is it???

The place is totally empty n she wanted to install some curtains and lighting first..


These are some ideas of how i want it to look like... it must be classy with a touch of zen!

Check out that counter area? I will SO convert it to a bar, with chairs like the pic next to it..

and there's this glass steel thingie just above it which is perfect for alcohol bottles!

The rooms are small, so like extending the window area as a bed would create more space...

I realised i didn't snap a pic of my living room, but I like that white display thing n wooden attachment..

So when visitors come into my place, the first thing they'd see is the display, and i'd hang creative pics along the corridor!


OK BEFORE i get SO excited, my mum wants me to pay rent for this place..

I don't blame her for it, cos it IS an investment, and she IS charging me much lower than market rate..

But i don't know if i wana or am ready to leave aside that sum of money every month yet leh..

Wait till i get that dream job of mine first! It's so impt to find sth you LOVE doing, than just for the sake of money pple!!!!!!

I feel that in order to make money, my parents sld sell the place off, unfurbished and all.. hor?




Then my mum gave me a ride to NUS, had to ask them to reissue me a cheque for my hall deposit they sent awhile back...

NUS has changed SO MUCH!!!!! It's like hippier looking now.. which is gd and not an eye sore..

Anyhow, the student's service got me thru to some guy in finance, who told me to POST the letter to them..

HELLO!!! I'M IN NUS already!!! So im supposed to go back and POST IT??

Ain't it easier to just BRING it to them?? HOW DUMB is tt? He totally KENA from me man.

Then i asked him, '"May I know who i'm speaking to?" Then he " HUH" me..

So i said, " WHO ARE YOU LA?!" DUHHHHHHHH

Then he said Mr XXX. So I said , i need your full name. Then he was like " WHY? I'm not in charge of this"

I went on to explain this is so that when i attn the letter to the person in charge, i can ask her to check with him, so i don't have to explain everything all over again..

Basically I just wanted to make sure I had someone to blame if i didn't follow procedure properly cos HE was the one who said do this and that what.

I don't know HOW these pple can be in the working force like seriously!!!



Borrowed some books from orchard library too! (yes i do read and like it) For self research, updatings and fun.

Took a cab home.. Oh, do you ever notice that some cab drivers have their rear view mirrors DAMN low??

Like at the chest area.. I HATE it man..

At first I thought maybe it's for protection, like they can see wat's happening behind..

Anyhoo i felt so freaking annoyed with my hair that i went straight to my salon for a trim!



Tada!! Had a hair treatment done as well, since the last pathetic perm was so drying..

Now it looks way better.. Guess cos the curls have also loosen.. phew.




My darling NEW hairdresser...

I still go to the same hair salon, but the lady who used to do my hair has shifted to another branch..

I was recommended this present girl, she's a few yrs younger than me so we bond better!




Also had some of my nails redone cos the gel chipped,

and got this fab hand cream from CrabTree and Evelyn...


Watched " The Devil Wears Prada"..

Pretty nice show, heart warming but somehow it reminded me of the Princess' Diaries..

Think our dear Ms Anna Wintour is typecast already la..

Of course in every supposedly glam job there's always heaps of shit and crap behind it all..

But nevertheless, every job has its good and bad sides..

N working for a mag in states is def way more so than in sg man..

I STILL haven't gotten that Marc Jacob bag I've been raving about!!
