Inspiring Day

I met some friends who are working in Venture Era at Raffles Place! Wanted to put my good friend's pic up too but he blinked and i took only one with him.. ha. The guy on the extreme left is Singapore's Zai tennis player rep!

OH OH OH, did i mention what i think about guys in office wear? Damn smart looking and alluring. Raffles Place IS the place! yes yes!




Then i went to meet my friend who's working in ParkView Square near Bugis... I've always thought the architecture of this building was way cool! Nice ya.. first time i actually walked IN! They didn't allow me to take pics inside, but i managed ONE!

Alongside i saw the Harbin Ice World tt was recently built... I never went there the last few times maybe this time i might!

My friend in his office... High view! We used to perform together back in our uni days.. Tt's him on the board.. it was printed in the newspapers a month ago as well... Finexis is a new financial consultant firm...

Saw some peepz i met during sec sch days tt i hardly see ard but i bumped into them! These days alot of coincidencal brushes...

Then i went to look for ex colleague to get some my stuff and portfolio back, and met the rest of them who were still there! Most of my other colleagues then have left... :( Missed those days... well, not ALL. ha. M&C Saatchi along Amoy Street... when i was there it was TOP TEN in singapore! Not sure about now but Advertising line is fun!

Aah this ex colleague of mine is BESTEST! Took care of me when i was in M&C and he's great to talk to, intriguing! Talking cock with him at work, the silly things we would do and the aloe vera drink we love... Memories. We attempted to go to gym to work out twice and SOMEHOW that jus died off... ha.

Two of us head over to Far East Square to catch up and drink my Yummy Ice Teh Chino! But it didn't seem very nice today... like quite diluted... But i used to drink it EVERYDAY when i was still working in this area...

Walked to Boat Quay after to meet my graphic designer/photographer decade-old friend! He refused to take a front view shot with me.. Creative pple and their queer Moods? heh.

Don't you LOVE the shot on the left? It has got this nostalgic feel... i guess this is the place where a few local dramas filmed actors like running/ fighting in the alley...

This my friend's office in BQ... I like the interior arrangement of most design and advertising firms... Not the rigid boring style with cubicles and all..

My FAVE!! Hong Kong Noodles!! But DO YOU NOE... you CANNOT EVER find these kind of noodles in Hong Kong? Funny how they got this name...

Ended the night with some drinks and a whole hearted talk at Hoegarden along the BQ stretch... I had a strawberry margarita! It's only $14/- with a big glass! Also good are the margaritas at Morton's in Oriental Hotel and Alley Bar along Peranakan Place. Morton's have 1 for 1 from 5-7pm from Mondays to Fridays, along with FREE steak sandwiches! Alley Bar sells DAMN BIG FROZEN ones! Shiok.

I had a great day cos i had decent conversations with my friends with design backgrounds... Sharing and exchanging information was pretty enlightening... Ideas and plans were discussed... N i just feel so good and motivated towards achieving my ultimate goal! I think it's important to have an end path but not fix the journey onroute tt destination... But everything should still be linked somehow or another. We MUST make the best of our time and youth to seek experiences which would make our lives more fulfilling!
