and embarked on this One month program eating nothing BUT macs.

N it showed it's really not good for your health.

I remember this article i read about this lady who decided to do sth like what Supersize me did.. but to drinks.

She was this young looking pretty lady, but after a month, she looked haggard and old. Skin more wrinkled.

Let me show you my super bad lifestyle last week...

After drinking two cosmos on Monday in shanghai,




I popped down to Bala for awhile on Tuesday..

after mulling at home for the longest time to see if i wanted to head out even..

Had a glass of white wine..



Went to this pub called Talk Cock Sing Song..

My fren's fren owns it.. it's one of those open area karaoke place..

I drank bit more white wine n left early...




Wednesday I had this HUGE craving for crepes at Marche so I went to grab a bite first before heading to MOS!





My friend's bday! He jus came back from London..

Put on bit of weight aye.. heh

So yar, a few more drinks there... but mambo sucks!

Thursday I was at Seah Street and the police stopped all traffic for these cars to pass through...

Surely some big shot lor.. I wonder who...

Haven't been readin the papers recently.. I really should catch up man. tsk.




Went to Thumpers at night with some colleagues and others...

Ya, drink again lor!




Then popped down to Velvet.. met other friends and colleagues..

Drank somemore lor!!

I must say though i drink, but it's not like i drink SO much and get super high.

But i just feel i shouldn't put alcohol in my body like everyday...

HUH!?! for what?! ask him to pay me for my recovery gel better..
