Korea Korean

GUesS waT??

This Korean gal said I look like a Korean!!! Like while i was walking on the streets!
She spoke to me in Korean but duno wat initially

I've had pple thought I'm one, but they ain't Koreans...

N have had Koreans speaking to me in Korean, maybe cos they thought I'm one of them..

But having HEARD from a TRUE BLUE Korean is like WHOA!!!!

Ladidadidadididaaaaaaaa.... Cheap thrill :)

The 5 of us took the hotel shuttle to Itaewon...

Korean food, again!!

There are quite a few known shopping areas in Korea... Stay quite short so nothing much to sightsee la...

Went to get a handy black bag and had my name sewn in Korean!

This dude here is DAMN GOOD la, dun need to sketch or what, just sew directly!

He's having a promotion, gave us a free keychain each! The gals bought more with cute designs and stuff..

I didn't cos I guess i'm not very into cutsie stuff.. like i'd say they're cute, but won't really get them kind...

Along the streets where we saw this fellow selling sweet potatoes!!!

We whined for one of the boys to get for all of us.. heh.. but it's not ex la

Think the man not very happy for abit cos the flash irritated his eyes..

Yum Yum!!!

Aiyo, he 'chap' into my pic!

We started changin the lyrics of songs and saying silly things till i totally burst out laughing on the streets! Funny!

Oh we spoke in pseudo Korean.. (no offence to them hor) but like they speak rather loudly and like to end with 'yo'

Not like 'yo' as a rap but like yo-i-o, like up and down tone.

So we mixed hokkien with a 'yo'.. LIke for example:

1) WhaT = SiMi Yo
2) Are you good? = Ho Bo Yo
3) Where are you going = Ki To Lo Yo

HAHAHHAhahhahhHAHAHha.

I guess if you understand Hokkien then you'd find this funny! ha

From Itaewon (left pic), we took a cab to Myun Deong!!!

It's like the Shinjuku area of Japan! Nice!!

But i've decided that the things here in Korea are more ex than Japan.. So din buy much also

Aiya, both countries ex, but at least Japan's got 100yen shop...

100yen = S$1.60
1000won = US$1 = S$1.70

Some of the things they selling were at 5000won OR 5ooyen!!

SO if buy in yen is slightly cheaper!!!

Other pics of the shopping area in Myun Deong...

I heard that cutting and perming hair here is nice and relatively cheap

So quite a number of gals do their hair when they come..

It was already quite chilly in the day, and it got worse at night

So my gf and I wrapped a shawl ard our faces and I put up my hood! haha

See this hand pulling me??

I was about to take a pic of myself (got this pic instead)

Then this FREAK came up and started pulling me to like look at his shop or some shit

N i tried to shrug him off but he was pulling quite hard till my gfs turned ard and OEI him...

ARGH! CreeP!!!

We walked to Nam Dae Mun, which is kinda like a open area market...

But it was getting pretty late and cold, so not many shops were opened.. Didn't go to Deong Dae Mun either

Last stop was at Supermarket to get some Korean sweets for CnY!

Ok, side track bit, i bought this pair of Nike shoes recently! Chio right??

It's like new in the market and the tick is in pink.. ha

N i think the next time I go do Mani/Pedi, it'd be at Dashin Diva!!

I keep receiving their emails.. like how everyone gets all sorts of emails of stuff, so do I! so ok la, go!
