Fireworks!

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I spent the entire tuesday just packing my room! Nephews came for awhile to play too..

I caught the repeat of Numb3rs though.. ooh i love that show too..

I'm not exactly all done but I'm pleased enough.. :)

I'm so tired and aching all over.. Can't wait for my spa tmr.. heh.



Ok so the first two days of my leave I didn't do as much as I wanted to cos I wasn't feeling too well..

Basically I stayed home to finish up a project and blog..

After I felt better, I went out to get my stuff done! I had this list.. and here are some of em so far..



HOW DO YOU like my tank top? It says "Don't you wish your girlfriend was Hot like me" from the Pussycat Dolls' Dont cha..

I bought it for US$5 in NYC!

I went to the National Library to do some research.. Needed to photocopy some pages but had to buy a freaking cash card first..

Wat a waste cos i really doubt i'd use it again.. oh well. My virgin trip to the newly rebuilt library was interesting..

Like the fresh feeling and air.. and there were heaps of pple there! It's kinda like borders examplified..



THen i did my nails at Nail Spa at Emerald (they are SO much better, the layer of gel is way thicker)

N shaped my eyebrows at Hollywood Secrets!




Saw little Ethan Ong playing his drums on Orchard..

He's got quite good rhythm at such a young age, not perfectly in sync I could hear, but definitely good coordination..

I gave him some money! We sld support our young local talents!




N i went to sign up for my Citibank platinum credit cards ( they give it like in an hr! fantastic service! But the salesgal kinda 'lied' to me bt some of the privileges..)

as well as upgraded my UOB Lady's card to plat... tee hee




YES! I FINALLY bought my camera!!! It's another PINK Lumix.. I can't do with another brand la..

It's the upgraded and latest version of my last one.. Panasonic Lumix Fx01..

Damn xian my old cam's LCD screen cracked.. i had it for less than a yr man..

Now i'm gona get a HARD casing to protect it when i put it in my cabin bag..

Started to get use to my friend's Canon camera thou but oh wellz.




N i got this printer! Cos it's cheap with so many things in one! I tend to go for gadgets like this..

Somemore they giving out free gift with it, some photoprinter high quality paper and a small desk lamp + fan!




Went to my fave salon to get a hair trim, hair was getting too heavy!

Thinkin if i sld perm it again?





Went to Pariss restaurant at Marina Square for dinner with some friends..

We managed to book the LAST table that was right by the window facing the area where the fireworks would lit..

The food was fantastic ( I MUST GO BACK AGAIN!) thou rather pricey, and the view was amazing!

It's the first time I could see the whole array of fireworks show SO close up! They were so pretty! Thank you, France!

N enjoying the aircon in my own space, unlike the thousands of folks sweating their butt out outside..




Didn't wana party and drink cos i was still recovering and wanted to stay away from smokes n all..

We decided to watch Too Fast Too Furious 3: Tokyo Drift..

It was pretty nice but hard for me to compare cos I didn't watch the first two.. I caught Initial D though and i think that was better..



I walked along the street just outside Wisma/Taka yesterday, where they set up those tents, but there ain't much to buy..

While i was out running about doin my errands, this dude like followed n asked me if I was Blogger Phin! haha.

I kinda thought he was looking at me already but wondered why. Next time jus ask? Cos I felt as thou i've got 3 eyes or sth leh.. bit creepy also.

Anyway, i just replied 'ya' cos i was getting into a cab already! The whole situation of it all was just bit weird la..


Sigh, I wanted to do so much more during my leave, like meeting up and hang with frens and all,

but i don't know why i seem to have never ending things to do!

I guess it's cos if time's not spent on working, it's spent on other stuff tt you gotta do when you're not working,

and then it doesn't leave you with tt much really free/leisure time after all! Sobs.
